Back in 1950 we started letting the farmhouses and cottages in an area where our family have farmed for centuries. We are committed to providing quality self catering holiday accommodation. Our motto is “quality not quantity” and pride ourselves on the high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail at our holiday cottages.

Here you can experience environments with a civilised quality and tempo of life, where old fashioned courtesy and friendliness will impress you. Here you can experience the joys of motoring now rare throughout most of Europe. You can seek peace, tranquillity and solitude along the rural byroads, through the hills, the country lanes and the small coastal villages, you will not be disappointed!
WE ARE OPEN ALL YEAR and take weekly booking from March through to early November, including Xmas Week and over the New Year.
If you haven’t visited Snowdonia and the Lleyn Peninsula before why not come for a cozy Winter Break and see what you are missing! November is normally a beautiful mild autumn month of golden leaves and wonderful walks. December is wonderful for festive days out at Craft Fairs at local National Trust houses, Christmas shopping and curling up by the fire with a book. You will be amazed, too, at how early spring arrives – snowdrops and periwinkles in January, masses of daffodils and primroses in February - in March they are everywhere and followed by a mass of bluebells!! Why not escape for a while in one of our romantic cottages? We offer a 3 night weekend break (including a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday night) or a 4 night midweek break from the 2nd week in November. The cottages are always warm & inviting with free logs supplied for Short Breaks for that roaring fire.
Available on request, but we do not provide any bedding for the cot (only a good quality mattress).
For honeymooners we can provide flowers, champagne on ice and chocolates with our compliments. Each cottage has romantic bedrooms that will provide a truly special and memorable stay.
Each cottage has a safe, lockable shed or outbuilding for the safe storage of bikes or any other gear that you may wish to keep safely.
You are most welcome to bring your well behaved pet, subject to prior arrangement, provided you never allow your pet on the beds or furniture. We must also ask that you never leave a pet alone in the cottage while you are out . All dog fouling must be cleared and picked up from the grounds and garden. There are plenty of lovely walks for dogs and people, and fields where guests are welcome to exercise their dogs. This is a farming district with sheep and other livestock - please do not allow dogs out on their own. More information on our dog and pet friendly holiday cottages.
We have 180 acres of farmland around the cottages, where (by arrangement) you are welcomed to do some rough shooting. Also we have a mile stretch of the River Dwyfach where fishing can be done (in season) for brown trout and salmon.
A complimentary Christmas Tree, Lights and traditional country style decorations are provided at each cottage.
Each cottage has Smoke Alarms, Carbon Monoxide detectors, a Fire Blanket and Fire Extinguisher.
We operate a recycling policy and recycle glass, cans, tins, paper and plastic. Recycling boxes are provided at each cottage. Also, where appropriate low wattage, energy saving bulbs are in use.
Each cottage has a small charcoal BBQ, but we do not provide charcoal.
