Booking Conditions
- Bookings are from 4.30 p.m on day of arrival and property must be vacated by 10.00 a.m on day of detarture.
- Terms are inclusive of full bed linen with beds made up ready for arrival. Hand/bath towels are not supplied.
- The use of Electricity is charged for, by meter reading (no coin/slot meters) at the end of the stay.
- Booking Procedure. We strongly advise you to check availability, to avoid dissappointment and to make a provisional booking by phone or e.mail. Provisional bookings will be held for one week pending receipt of your deposit.
- DEPOSIT - A non-returnable deposit one-third of the rent is requested to finalise the booking. The balance of the rent is payable on arrival.
- Unfortunately we do not take debit/credit cards at the moment. Payment can be made by cheque, payable to A.Jones.
- Overseas Reservations. You are requested to pay your deposit by Direct Bank Transfer in GBP/£ Sterling. Please e.mail us for our bank details to enable the transaction
- Bookings cannot be accepted from parties of young people under 18 years of age.
- The maximum number of persons allowed at each property is clearly stated in the description of each property and must not be exceeded.
- A maximum of TWO pets are welcomed free of charge, on the condition that they are well behaved, house trained and shall not, at any time, be left alone at the property. Any fouling must be cleared from the grounds and garden.
- Cancellation. In the event of cancellation, you must advise us immeadiately by phone followed by a letter or e.mail, whereupon we, without prejudice to our right to the rent in full, use our best endeavours to re-let. You are strongly advised to take out a Holiday Cancellation Insurance to cover you for any unforseen circumstances.
- Hirer’s Obligation is to agree to take good care of the property; to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the stay; and to pay for any breakages, losses or damage to the propery before departure.
